**Senior SEO Consultant - £45,000 - £55,000 - Hybrid**

I am working with an independent agency with a speciality within SEO, PR, and Data.

They are a tight-knit family who are obsessed with performance.

They tackle challenges for clients and believe execution is everything

Our client is looking for someone who lives and breathes SEO- break complex technical issues and has over 4 year's hands on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the execution of clients SEO strategies, and provide direction to others working on the same accounts - be responsible for performance
- Work with Directors and take ownership of performance across difference accounts within your pod and work with your team to make strategic/ tactical adjustments where required.
- Build and line manage your own pod within the SEO
- Manage the day-to-day client contact on SEO accounts and develop strong working relations with key stakeholders.
- Proactively up sell opportunities for clients from beginning to end, including strategy, pitch and sign off on new projects.
- Hands on across technical SEO issues and develop complexed results to hit strong ROI.
- Work with Head of Departments and a range of other stakeholders to plan and ensure delivery is on time as per client's requests

About You:

- 4+ years' experience of hands-on SEO
- Excellent knowledge of SEO Tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Searchmetrics, SEMrush, Majestic and Ahrefs
- High level of competence using Analytics platforms - Google and Adobe
- Prior usage of log files for SEO analysis
- Proven track record of managing one or more direct reports
