We are looking for dynamic, customer focused applicants for our Staffing Coordinator role within Workforce Resourcing. The Staffing Team is responsible for the effective deployment of our flexible workforce across the Trust and this is a key role, being the first point of contact for our flexi workers, staff, agencies, and managers.

The service operates from 06:30 - 20:30, 7 days per week. All staff work a variety of shifts to cover the service, with the part time roles particularly suited to those looking to work evenings and weekends.

We'll provide you with full training on our internal systems but are looking for applicants who have experience working in a busy, fast moving team, with excellent organisational skills.
