**About the role**
Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable **HR Adviser** to join our People and Culture team and help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
As our HR Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee relations matters, playing a key role in fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing culture. You’ll provide expert guidance on People policies, manage sensitive cases with care, and help drive initiatives that support employee wellbeing and engagement.
- advise managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and employment law
- support conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture
- support and guide managers to through case management including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
