In this role you will provide clerical and administrative support services to the Stakeholder Engagement and Consumer Vulnerability Team, reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Manager
**Description of duties of Team Administrator**:
- The processing and checking of purchase orders, payments and invoice documentation.
- Communicating with the Business representatives and external Customers verbally and in writing to resolve enquiries and outstanding purchase order, invoice and payment queries.
- Support the Social Obligations Officer with the collation, inputting and reporting of key data from the fuel poverty partnership schemes.
- Support the Customer panel and other stakeholder meetings including minute taking and circulating of relevant documents
- Proof reading of materials prior to circulation
- Updating the internal SharePoint site with team updates
- Producing and sharing data with third parties
- Provide administrative support to tenders and work with internal stakeholders including Contract Managers
- General office and administration support for the Stakeholder Engagement team
- You will have previous experience working in Administration in a similar environment, be reliable, well organised, able to work as part of a small team and you must be able to work using your own initiative. In addition, you should be computer literate andhave experience of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the E5 financial management system is desirable but not essential.
