**Job Introduction**
**Sales Administrator - Derby**
As a **Sales Administrator**within our exciting and brand new central administration hubs, you will be working in a bustling and fast paced environment, supporting our retail sales teams behind the scenes to achieve an incredible customer experiencein the purchase of a used vehicle. Working with our prestige automotive brand partners including BMW, MINI, Mercedes Benz and Audi to name a few, you’ll ensure a smooth, effective and compliant remote administration service to all of our sales teams acrossthe UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within our recently established and talented centralised team of administrators based in the Retail Operations Centre above our superb bravoauto Derby Used Car Centre, with convenient commuting links and city centrelocation.
**Main Responsibilities**
- The tasks of our Sales Administrators include;
- Undertaking end to end sales administrative tasks once a vehicle has been sourced
- Assisting the sales teams in processing vehicles through the whole Inchcape sales process
- Accurate creation and maintenance of vehicle records
- Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between our UK retail centres
- Updating relevant systems in accordance with agreed processes
- Carrying out ad hoc housekeeping activities as required
- Responding to all internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with all of our retail centre teams
- To be a success in this role as a Sales Administrator, you will have;
- Previous sound administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Ability to collaborate and manage expectations, and work with ambiguity
- Must be highly organised, accurate and show high attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Motor trade experience would be an advantage
