**Technical Customer Support responsibilities include: -**
- General Support Admin
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Arrange on-site Engineer visits
- Raising portal issues
- Take incoming calls on the main Customer Support phone line

**Technical Customer Support requirements include: -**
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to multitask
- First-class customer relations skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
