**Commercial Administrator**
We are now recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to support the Commercial Management team at our HQ in Warrington.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Experience in a commercial team is essential
- Office administration experience is essential
- Experience of working with CEMAR would be desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity / awareness of NEC4 contracts would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Organize and maintain files, registers and databases in a confidential manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
- Maintenance of Staff Holiday Register
- Organised with a disciplined approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
- Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable
