**Role Overview**:
Due to our continued growth, we have a new exciting job opportunity for a Commercial Scheduler/Administrator who will be responsible for organising and scheduling planned tasks for subcontractors and internal staff alongside performing general administrative duties within our Commercial Team.
This role requires a dynamic and highly motivated driven individual that can deliver an excellent service in planning and coordination, with strong organisational and communication skills, as well as technical proficiency with office software.
Key responsibilities will include creating and managing Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules on our internal systems and clients systems and performing general administrative duties for maintaining SharePoint files and trackers.
Your role will be within our Commercial team which will encompass all operational administrative functions that underpin the department for continuing success within Andron FM and our client services.
This position will involve liaising closely within our commercial team / Helpdesk team and Operations team to ensure both internal and external functions are set up correctly to live contracts and to ensure that an efficient and effective administration service is delivered for all teams whilst working in Andron FM.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain PM schedules, ensuring they align with operational and administrative needs.
- Input and manage schedules using both internal and client-specific systems.
- Handle administrative functions related to the PM schedules to ensure sub-contractors and internal staff are assigned to appropriate jobs.
- Liaise with Subcontractors to confirm Schedule Changes are clearly communicated and actioned.
- Assist in the compliance of existing Health and Safety Policies, safe working practices, liaising with Subcontractors with regards high risk Scheduling tasks and process.
- To support the Commercial team and Finance team with any Subcontractor service cost queries.
- Organise and Maintain SharePoint location for storage of documentation for Commercial and Operational teams.
- Review and Monitoring of Commercial Planner tasks and EBPMS tasks within the Commercial Team.
- Create reports, spread sheets and correspondence to a high standard, whilst always ensuring accuracy.
- Support the Operational team with Queries on Schedules.
- General administrative duties - Arranging, Copying, Filing, Ordering, Taking Meeting Minutes etc
- To support the Operations Administration Manager with any Administration duties.
- To work as a positive team player, demonstrating mutual respect and integrity towards others whilst maintaining open and effective communication at all levels.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Scheduling & Administration experience within a FM business
- IT literate and Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Apt in problem solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
