**The role**:
My client is looking for a construction project manager to join their team of 5 other project managers, who has prior experience within the industry and has the ability to oversee and co-ordinate the construction of various beautiful and unique propertiesin and around South London.

**Duties**:
**Daily tasks will change depending on the day and the project but can consist of**:

- Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost, and quality.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, quality and health and safety.
- Be self-motivated and a great team player.
- Project Scheduling - Programming procurement and the scheduling of material deliveries in a timely manner. Assessing and planning task management and resources (I.E. people and money)
- Managing the customer relationship - To include liaising with the client, architects, and design teams, to ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are always maintained. Carry out site surveys and attend site meetings as required.
- Managing Project Budgets - Maintain and improve project margins. Negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors, tracking variations and producing monthly valuations and cost reports.
- Managing the team - Work with the relevant departments and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth planning and implementation of the project.
- Hand over - Keep all records and databases up to date, including project diaries to enable full and timely hand over.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a site / project manager is a must.
