Construction Project ManagerRetail Fit-Out (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S)Salary:£45,000 - £55,000 per year Location: Reading, Office-Based /WFH with some travel to sites Type:Permanent We are recruiting aConstruction Project Managerfor a leading retail fit-out contractor delivering high-profile refurbishment and rollout projects across Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S, and other major retailers. This role isprimarily office-based , focusing onproject oversight, coordination, and commercial delivery , with minimal site visits required. Key Responsibilities:Oversee retail fit-out projects from initial brief through to completionPlan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day project operationsAct as the clients representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsCoordinate subcontractors and multi-trade teams includingHVAC, building works, and groundworksMonitor project programmes, budgets, contracts, and reportingLiaise with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong communicationRequirements:Proven experience as aConstruction Project Manageron retail fit-out projects (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S preferred)Strong knowledge ofHVAC, building works, and groundworksExcellent organisational, planning, and communication skillsExperience managing budgets, programmes, and contractsOffice-based mindset, with ability to occasionally visit sites if neededRelevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS) desirablePackage & Benefits:£45,000 - £55,000 per annumLong-term, stable role with career progressionFlexible office-based working with occasional site engagementOpportunity to work with high-profile retail clients across the UKPlease contact the Recruitment Teamfor a more detailed conversation regarding this opportunity. via Email or Mobile: 07487 897 008 TPBN1_UKTJ
