**We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to join our Front of House team at our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel**.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join our** **5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel** **as a Reception Team Leader.
- As a Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
- Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

**About You**:

- Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
