**_About the role, what will I be doing?_**
- Opera knowledge and has been in a supervisor position before.
- To observe and make certain that all staff on duty are aware of the security, health and safety regulations.
- To be fully aware of all Reception/Cashier’s procedures and manual procedures should the computer crash.
- Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift affording maximum cover on the desk at all times, making sure that all meal breaks are taken.
- Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIP’s and groups are actioned with guidance from the Reception Management team.
- Oversee all room moves with the relevant departments.
- Ensure the hotel’s credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.
- Assist the Reception Management team in the implementation of new procedure and co-ordination of training.
- Make certain that all tours are charged correctly and any complimentary rooms
- are adjusted upon arrival.
- Undertake any projects as directed by the Reception Management team.
- Complete any reasonable tasks as requested by any member of the management team.
