I am currently recruiting for the Head of People Business Partnering at an East London based NHS Trust. You will be working 3 days onsite and 2 days from home per week, although flexibility is required. Paying up to £345 a day, inside IR35, for an initial6-month contract.
This role represents a senior, high profile and influential post, which plays an integral role in the facilitation and delivery of excellent standards of healthcare services via the provision of an inclusive People function with the aim of contributing to thedelivery of excellent patient services and experiences. Working closely with divisional teams and other key managers and individuals, the post holder will lead on all aspects of work associated with the forward planning, modernisation, engagement, motivationand performance of our people. In addition, at an operational level, they will embed excellent people management and OD practice and standards and increase people management capability within the organisation.
Lead in the development of the workforce plans that underpin the trust operational plan which support local, organisational and national strategies. Support the development, implementation and embedding of People strategy, policy and practice in accordancewith legislation and best practice, working in conjunction with staff side/trade union partners. Provide coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and change programmes.
