We are looking for people to join our team of Customer Care Representatives, who together provide advice, services and solutions for our Customers. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face and voice of FedEx, providing outstanding customer experiences each and every day. It's not all about parcels, it's about having fun, showing passion and wanting to take your career to new heights. Don't worry if you've not worked in a Care Centre before, we will give you all the training and support you need. **What you will be doing**: - Joining our Customer Service team, you will be an integral part of delivering outstanding service for our customers during our normal operating hours are currently 8am - 6pm. - We have full and part time positions available, which will be predominantly Monday to Friday, however Saturday working will be on rotation and between, 8am - 1pm.
