We are now looking for a Buildings Compliance Officerto join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As aBuildings Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our school successfully complies with a range of health and safety legislation and standards.
Co-ordinating a variety of compliance tests and inspections, you will ensure that any necessary maintenance or servicing is carried out in a timely manner.
You will implement and maintain systems for the collection, maintenance and distribution of key information and essential records to be easily accessed by all managers and buildings inspectors.
Additionally, you will:

- Manage and maintain the site asbestos management plan
- Review and update existing site and building plans
- Assist with site energy management
- Manage building and facilities related projects
**About You**
To be considered as aBuildings Compliance Officer, you will need:

- Experience of energy management, including energy performance certificates
- Experience and understanding of working in a school environment including an appreciation of the workflow and commitment required between term time and school holidays
- A working knowledge of building compliance
- The ability to develop and maintain management systems
- IT proficiency
