** Clear Visual Communications Ltd** are currently looking to recruit multiple **Telesales Executives**to join us on a **full time, permanent basis** based in **Eccles.**In return,**you will receive a competitive salary of **£22,000 - £30,000 per annum plus excellent company benefits**.

**Role overview**:
We are looking for people who want to develop their sales career with a progressive and growing communications technology company with the chance to earn an uncapped £35,000 in your first year.

We want to help develop a number of driven and enthusiastic B2B Telesales professionals into Field Telesales Executives / Business Development Managers with an OTE of £60,000 and beyond within 3 years.

You will work in a team with the Managing Director and other seasoned sales professionals, where you will learn to identify opportunities, generate leads, build a pipeline and close deals.

**As a **Telesales Executives **your duties will include**:

- Making outbound calls to identify opportunities and generate leads
- Nurture opportunities and close deals
- Meeting and striving to exceed company targets
- Matching call campaigns with marketing activities
- Identifying key contacts within targeted organisations/sectors
- Updating CRM with accurate notes
- Developing strong product and market knowledge

**What we are looking for in our ideal **Telesales Executives**:

- 12 months experience of Outbound Telesales/TeleAppointing Experience in a B2B setting
- Individuals who are hungry for success and motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- People who are looking for long-term careers with progression into a field sales role
- Great telephone manner with rapport building skills
- An interest in technology and solving business problems
