PMR are looking to recruit a Negotiator to join our clients Leasing Team. Reporting directly to the Leasing Manager, you will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service,becoming a brand ambassador.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responding to website, portal and telephone enquiries
- Qualifying leads
- Capturing source of enquiries
- Matching prospective residents to available properties
- Booking viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Obtaining feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Advising prospective residents of Customer Journey and requirements
- Passing Resident over to Tenancy Management team with full information
- Assisting with progress of tenancy progression where necessary
- Conducting Right to Rent on prospective Residents
- Complying with GDPR requirements
- Attending events such as Mall Pop Ups
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- Level 3 ARLA Qualification desirable but not essential
- 1 Year property experience experience
- Friendly telephone manner
- An understanding of the Build to Rent market
- Self-Motivated
- Target driven
- Works well under pressure
- Team player
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record.
- The incumbent must have an appreciation of the importance of customer service and how this is applied in the context of Canary Wharf.
