£41,130 - £52,056 per year

Fixed term contract to July 2026

We've got big plans to reinvent our approach to reward. Join our team as Reward Project Specialist and help us further develop and deliver our reward and recognition offer across the University.

**This could be the role for you if you enjoy**:

- using your skills to shape the development and implementation of key reward areas
- delivering projects that support the strategic and cultural direction of an organisation
- working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to promote the reward offer
- working with a range of data to develop and implement solutions that supports Reward and Recognition at NTU

**Develop further with us**:
You will have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking skills to develop, deliver and embed new and existing reward and recognition approaches. You will be able to develop your creative skills to identify options to meet our reward priorities as well as develop your key reward skills (such as salary benchmarking and job evaluation).

**You will be able to**:

- use insights to identify and diagnose issues and solutions
- lead multi stranded reward and recognition programme
- identify critical issues and present options for use in project decision making
