**Assistant HR Advisor** NEWCASTLE (Ref 441) PERMANENT

up to £28.5k Hybrid working

With sites across the UK, our client is preparing for substantial growth. Working in a small, but perfectly formed HR team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your career as you gain more experience and move to the next level within the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide first level advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- HR Administration, keeping records updated and producing letters and contracts
- Attendance and holidays - input onto HR system
- Support hiring managers with recruitment
- Support Induction process, probationary reviews and performance reviews
- Take notes in discipline and grievance hearings, and advise where possible
- Support the HR Manager with TUPE
- Basic payroll admin, entering starters and leavers onto the HRIS
- Run HRIS reports, highlighting trends

Personal skills:

- Great communication skills
- Ability to self manage
- Proactive and tenacious
- CIPD qualified
- Good influencing skills
- HR experience at HR Assistant level as a minimum is essential
