first restaurant in New Oxford Street, London, in 2000. Since then, we’ve
become one of the most well-known and loved Italian dining restaurants on the
high street. We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy delicious

**THE ROLE**

As a Duty Manager you will...
- Help the Assistant Manager and the General
Manager
- Help with opening and closing procedures
- Look after our guests
- Supervise the team
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our
mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to
return.

waiting staff with a drive to grow, this role could be for you.

**THE LOCATION**

Located on North Street in the heart of this old market town, with the rail station only a 10 minute walk away. Prezzo Bishops Stortford is housed in the former George Hotel. The building dates back to the late 14th century, and has played host to both CharlesI and Charles II. Following a mammoth refurbishment project in 2010, the interior has been transformed into a bright and modern dining space while retaining much of the building’s original charm.
