**About The Role**:
To provide a high-quality catering service to patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining a clean and safe environment, in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with the specification

These duties may be carried out, both in patient and non-patient environments. To provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the necessary duties are carried out to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the hospital and associated areas. To carry out the audits required for specific areas

You will be working Monday to Friday between 07:30 to 15:00, 37.5 hours per week.

**You will also**:

- Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards
- Ensure that the working environment is clean, tidy and safe
- Effectively supervise a team
- Be responsible for all aspects of your shift including, promotions, cash handling, staff training and securing the premises
- You may be required to provide supervision for a staff catering outlets and patient services.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Experience in a previous Catering supervisory role
- Experience in Setting menu’s both for Restaurant and Patient Services
- Experience in Nutritional and allergen processes with a good understanding of all current laws and legislations
- HACCP
- Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate
