Sales and Reservations Coordinator

Gainford Group is looking for a Sales and Reservations Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service functions for a customer service focused business.
Even if you have no previous experience, we can help you become an expert in your field. All our Sales and Reservations Coordinator’s receive first-class training, providing all the wisdom and know-how you will need to develop your unique style to deliver excellent service.
**Requirements**:
- Manage the sales and bookings within the restaurants and clubs, dealing with enquiries, following up with potential clients, meeting clients and cross selling venues
- Manage the booking system and record data
- Determine rates, prepare proposals to meet and exceed the client’s expectations.
- Capture the client’s vision and effectively convey and deliver this.
- Nurture and build relations with current and potential clients
- Maximise turnover and profit working to grow the business.
- Periodical reviews with the GM
- Provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to develop professional long terms business relations.
- Develop relations with sister properties to strengthen the company portfolio and strengthen customer base and opportunities.
- Collaborate with team to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
- Be actively involved in sales meetings to discuss activities and future plans.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work at a quick pace while staying organized.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
