**Reservations & Admin Coordinator** - **Staybridge Suites, Newcastle.**

**YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE**:

- Manage company and third-party site guest requests, ensuring that these are communicated through the team and on our internal PMS.
- Respond to guest comments on third party and company sites
- Reservation checks
- Manage incoming reservation enquiries and secure business in line with agreed strategies, booking policies and procedures, in the absence of the Reservations Supervisor. Ensure all payment details are correct
- Monitor the enquiries mailbox
- Assist in AR billing accounts including sending accurate invoices, collecting and allocating payments
- Assist on front desk to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods
- Assist breakfast team to cover holidays and sickness
- Update weekly timesheets
- Draft HR Paperwork where required
- Stock ordering where required for admin and front office
- IHG Rewards reimbursements and allocating guest points where required
- Actively develop a full understanding of the mechanics of the business
- Assist DOS/RSM in any additional projects that may occur
- Attending and running an Evening Social where required
- Attend weekly internal meeting to discuss business levels and agree any focus required
- Monthly reporting

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**:

- A good working knowledge of systems/technology is desired.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and anticipate guest needs.
- High level of product, service and location knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
- Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
- Be familiar with IHG rewards
- Ability to work as part of a team who are based in multiple locations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and self-organise
- Ability to multi-task and to work unsupervised
