Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage third party site guest requests and company guest requests, ensure that these are communicated on our internal PMS and through the team
- Respond to guest comments on third party and company sites
- Reservation checks
- Manage incoming reservation enquiries and secure business in line with agreed strategies, booking policies and procedures in the absence of the Reservations Manager. Ensure all payment details are correct
- Monitor the enquiries mailbox to assist and in the absence of the Reservations Manager
- Manage AR billing accounts including sending accurate invoices, collecting and allocating payments correctly
- Assist on front desk where possible.
- Update weekly timesheets
- Draft HR Paperwork where required
- Stock ordering where required for admin and front office
- IHG Rewards reimbursements and allocating guest points where required
- Actively develop a full understanding of the mechanics of the business
- Assist DOS/RSM in any additional projects that may occur
- Attending and running an Evening Social where required
