Solutions Advisor

As a Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for the management of new customers from Online inquiry through to approval. You will be the point of contact for all clients referred to you, providing them with the facts surrounding the financial and debt solutions available to them based on their individual needs, offering the best advice regarding their financial situation or difficulties, and ensuring they make an informed decision. You will be responsible for the preparation, issue, and return of all required documentation to the client including Proposals. You will be responsible for your KPIs, ensuring your portfolio of clients is well-maintained and updated at all times.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receiving inquiries from clients seeking a financial solution or having financial difficulties that may suit and are interested in a debt or financial solution.
- Managing a portfolio of clients ensuring the administration of each case is accurately and timely processed
- Review all client documents to ensure the required evidence/supporting documents have been provided
- Complete and capture a comprehensive assessment of each client’s circumstances
- Provide advice based on the client's circumstances, detailing the solutions available to them and making an informed recommendation
- Obtain any outstanding documentation from the client
- Increasing customer satisfaction and reducing drop-off rates through improved customer service
- Discussing and resolving any objections from customers regarding qualifying products
- Use our system to capture all client information, ensuring this is 100% accurate for the benefit of the solution proposal document
- Issue the proposal document to the client for signing
- Confirm the client's understanding of the solution including the timescale for approval, the duration of the arrangement, and what will happen post-approval
- Liaise with creditors for debt solutions on any rejections to overturn these, providing any additional information requested
- Liaise with the client regarding any potential modifications
- Confirm approval/rejection of the solution and explain the next steps to the client
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain clearly both through writing and speaking
- Experience in customer portfolio management
- Patience, sensitivity, and empathy
- Ability to demonstrate active listening skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of issues / problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, planning, organizational, and numerical skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- IT proficient (Word & Excel)
- Positive and professional approach with the ability to motivate self and others
- Target driven
Office based - Glasgow City Centre.
Office opening hours - 09:00 - 20:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 16:00.
Hours of work will be 36.5 hours per week during office hours on rotational shifts.
Monthly commission structure uncapped, on target monthly commission £1,250.
Starting salary £25,000, £40,000 on target earnings including basic per year.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
