**Job Type**: 2 year Fixed Term Contract
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
**Salary**: £43,570 - £47,665 per annum (Pay Award Pending)

**What about the Role?**
As part of their journey, the council are starting the work they need to do with both the people they serve and their colleagues to respond to their adult social care reform challenges.
To help them do this they are recruiting a Social Care Reform Lead to help to identify and implement the Directorate’s Reform Framework and support the Directorate to meet the requirements of the Social Care Reform agenda, identifying best practice and areasof change.
