Our Community Cardio-Respiratory Service is looking for a Diagnostic Administrator to join our team to provide and maintain high standards of patient care. The Diagnostic Administrator will be part of a new service offering diagnostic appointments at our community diagnostic centre operating out of Willesden as well as working as part of the of our existing team.

The post holder will need to be able to work efficiently within a challenging but fulfilling environment. You will need to have excellent communication and IT skills. Although the post will have a set base location you will be required to work across community sites as part your role.

This role will work on a shift pattern between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday

The successful applicant will be expected to have previous experience of working in an administrative role in a healthcare environment.

The post holder will manage the people, processes and performance of the Community Cardiology Diagnostic Administration Team. They will be responsible for the planning and prioritisation of the work associated with their team and organises all activities in order to achieve a cost effective, productive and high quality service. They will provide cross-site support to enable co-operation within and amongst teams, and will provide general administrative management support to the Cardiac directorate as appropriate for the banding
