Alchemy is now collaborating with a rapidly expanding company with an exceptional social mission. The company offers an efficient digital mental health platform to assist 10 to 25-year-olds.

Our client seeks a motivated Customer Success Specialist to work within a small but expanding team to ensure the success of every customer.

Hybrid working with estimated 1-2 days on site per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will serve as the primary point of contact and keeper of vital relationships with the amazing clients and their key contacts.
- The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for actively engaging clients and providing support to ensure their success and renewal/expansion.
- This position combines a relationship-driven and data-driven strategy in order to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and assist them in building a psychologically healthy organisation.
- To create relationships with key players within customer organisations and to guarantee that the company is fully integrated and embedded in each one.
- To drive the onboarding of new clients, collaborating with senior leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful launch and continued promotions.
- Analyse/report on customer usage metrics and make recommendations to clients to ensure utilisation and value of the company's services, as well as design improvement plans for under/over performance.
- To collaborate with the Engagement and Marketing team to implement communication and action strategies to enhance the promotion and utilisation of the company's services.
- To review and revise account plans.
- Capable of creating and delivering customer success and renewal presentations.
- Capability to work independently and cooperatively with business development, marketing, and engagement teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing customer accounts and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in creating value with accounts and business savvy
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of contracts with multiple types of customers.
- A track record of establishing and maintaining effective and complex client and multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Experience recording and managing contracts via Salesforce.
- Preferred experience in account management of subscription-based businesses and working with HR clients.
