Are you an experienced Office Manager who is seeking an opportunity within a multi-million pound turnover organisation who has very recently expanded their international operation to Newport?
A global manufacturer who is #1 in their country of origin and #3 globally in their industry are seeking a professional Office Manager to support the business in a multi-faceted role inclusive of basic HR and Accounts duties, secretarial support and generaladministration duties.
**_What’s in it for you?_**
- Basic salary of £28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
- Flexible working hours with an early 2pm finish on a Friday
- 25 days holiday + stats
- Full or part-time hours will be considered (3 days / 25 hours per week minimum)
**Your new role**:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Managing accommodation and travel requests for the worldwide team
- Managing and minuting meetings as required
- Working closely with overseas colleagues
- Managing invoices and supplier accounts
- Supporting HR related and other administrative tasks as required
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Proven Office Management experience
- Excellent telephone manner and professional approach
- Proficient in all major MS Office packages
- Effective people manager who is comfortable in a varied role
