**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail in order-taking.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Support bartending staff as needed, including preparing drinks and maintaining bar cleanliness.
- Assist in catering events when required, contributing to the overall success of the service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
