Main duties and responsibilities

The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of Member/Guest satisfaction and managing the team to ensure smooth running of daily operations.

Front of House Duties
- Open and close the Club House mornings and evenings (along with other keyholders)
- Ensure the site is fully prepared and adequately staffed and stocked for the punctual opening of the site, including assisting with general cleaning duties
- Manage front of House ensuring All members/visitors are made welcome
- Daily management of staff, including training, scheduling and allocation of tasks
- Ensure all systems & procedures are adhered to daily
- Assist Operations Manager with the recruitment of staff
- Supervise group & Event bookings; promote, organise and oversee functions
- Ensure cashing up procedures are followed and all income accurately reported, bringing any issues to the attention of the Duty Manager

**Profile**:

- Excellent attention to detail with the highest standards of presentation
- Excellent written and spoken English with proven interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm, understanding and experience of customer service and sales techniques.
- Experience of cash-handling and reconciliation. - Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Calm, organised and tactful approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
