Overview
- Location: Birmingham central
- Job Title: Student Administration Assistant
- Hybrid Initially however you will need to be on site up to 5 days a week in Jan & Feb to support students
- Salary: £10.90-£11.00 per hour

As a Student administration assistant you will be assisting students with administration tasks and a recognised and well known University in Birmingham.

Purpose
- Hosting virtual ID checks
- Making incoming/outgoing calls
- Data entry on enrolment trackers
- Supporting students who need to be seen on-site during their in-person appointment
- Other basic administrative tasks.

Criteria
- Excellent communication and administrative experience/track record of administrative duties
- Experience of working with students is desirable but not essential
- Customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client liaison skills.
- Good team-worker
- Ability to prioritise
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint and CRM
- Flexible approach
