Established in 2000, we are a family-owned business servicing fast food takeaways, caterers and the foodservice throughout Hull, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator, who can maintain the records of the staff as well as ensuring the company operates within a legal framework.
**The role**:
- **Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with members of the team from varying cultures
- Assist the company, ensuring HR documents and company practices are complaint with UK Law
- Using the automated staff time keeping software (SWYPE) to ensure all hours are accurately tracked, holidays booked and absences recorded
- Provide support to the payroll team, ensuring staff reports are accurate, allowing a smooth handover for the payroll team
- Enrol new staff on to all systems used, keeping hardcopy of staff legal documents
- Maintaining and updating existing staff members records
- Provide training to staff members
- Producing reports highlighting any gaps within the business and SMART goals on how to improve them
- Create and update SOP for all practices within the company

**Schedule**:
**Mon - Tues: 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min break)**
**Wed - Thurs: 09:00 - 15:00 (no break)**
**Fri: 09:00 - 12:00 (no break)**
**Hours of work: 30hrs a week**
- Excellent telephone manner for making contact and for ongoing communication with employees and business associates
- Tenacity and drive to use ones role to create better systems within the workplace
- Positive working attitude, including being able to work within a team
- Self driven, able to motivate oneself and set goals
- Attention to detail, methodical with accuracy in approach
- Minimum 2 years experience as a HR Administrator in the UK
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Previous use of SAP Business One is advantageous but not a necessity
