rradar is looking for an experienced Administrator to assist in the day-to-day administration of the wider HR team, based in our Hull office on a fixed term 6 month contract.

This is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in Human Resources. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of HR processes and systems, with support and guidance from our qualified and experienced staff.

Administration experience either in HR/Recruitment
- Must have the willingness and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
- Strong IT technical skills (ideally with experience using HR Systems)
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to balance conflicting short-term demands and longer-term priorities
- Agile and proactive approach, with the ability to multitask and a personal desire to grow and work within HR
- Excellent team player and prepared to go the extra mile
- Strong MS Office skills and ability to produce documents to a high presentational level
- High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and adherence to confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
