**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Production of spreadsheets, data analysis and costings as required. Ensures that all requests for additional patient services are accounted for within the Catering information systems and on databases currently in place.
- Assists in the collection, collation and illustration of information and statistics for the Department. To help to produce and retain up to date information as necessary.
- Deal with telephone calls in a courteous manner ensuring that all messages are promptly and accurately dealt with. Polite and efficient communication with all customers of the Department and Hospital Trust.
- Daily maintenance of computerised management information system (Manna V30). Input of daily orders, invoices, transfers, stock taking and reports. Maintain accurate and up to date information as required in conjunction with Trust clerical team.
- Order goods direct with suppliers as directed.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- System knowledge of Microsoft FrontPage, Outlook, and other office software
- Experience in a similar/ same role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
