An opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Company. We offer Building and Facilities Maintenance services within the commercial sector and we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team working in a fast paced environment.

As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the planned service schedules and PPM works over a wide range of sites acting as a single point of contact between the company, customers and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arranging planned PPM and service level agreement works and communicating effectively to service providers and customers involved.
- Diary Management and planning of our team of in-house engineers.
- Closing down tasks and compiling paperwork for upload onto our in-house and client systems.
- Arranging and booking in Sub-Contractor visits and relevant remedial works.
- Issuing PO's and relevant access and site information to external supplier and sub-contractors.
- Build and Maintain strong working relationships with key customers and business colleagues in order to provide a professional customer service approach.
- Supporting with any other required office administrative tasks to support the needs of the service team and wider business functions.

**Skills**:To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong Organisational Skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with working with Job management systems.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Logical thinker and ability to work under pressure in an ever changing fast paced environment.
- Experience within a service environment would be advantageous.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
