Customer Support Specialist

**Duties**
- Utilise data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Upsell products or services where appropriate, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive rapport.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: From £23,901.00 per year
