**Service Desk Engineer - Contract role - London**
- Central London Based (Hybrid)
- 6 months initial contract (will take someone permanent too)
- 300-350 per day - Outside IR35
- Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer / Support Engineer

Tiro Partners are working with a client within the health industry who are in need of a Service Desk Engineer for a 6 month contract (or permanent). The organisation is currently outsourcing their IT Support and this role will be to bring it in house. TheService Desk Engineer will act as 2nd / 3rd line end user support for 20 or so Mac machines, 40-50 Windows (remote with some office based), rolling out software, monitoring tickets, auditing, onboarding hardware as they are growing quick, hardening the laptops,configuring for use to end user, monitoring and patching software on machines, windows updates and more. There is also potential for project work (E.g. security work stream - documentation and setting stuff up, creating change control)

**Skills**:

- End user support experience at 2nd/ 3rd line level
- Windows background
- Microsoft 365 support and admin (Security compliance and productivity suits would be a plus)
- Fresh service or similar ticketing system
- Software and Hardware support
- Proactive way of working

Desirable
- Change control and governance
- Office 365 Security compliance and productivity suits
