Service Desk Engineer

We have a strong team of IT Specialists that deal with any technical IT infrastructure issues that our customers might face. We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to come on board and go above and beyond for our clients.
- Salary from £30,000 up to £40,000 DOE + attractive benefits
- Hybrid working office in London
- UK Based ONLY
- Windows, ,Microsoft, Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server

Service Desk Engineer Overview:

- You will have good working knowledge of Windows Workstations Hardware
- We are looking for someone with experience supporting Microsoft software
- Good understand of the Network Stack
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Google Apps
- Experience supporting macOS software is advantageous

Service Desk Engineer Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience working within an IT managed service provider
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to help other more junior members of the tea,
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and adapt your skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Keen learner
