**The Role**

This newly defined, and business critical role is designed to support our Design & Infrastructure team based in Blackburn. You will be delivering excellent customer service to our Low Voltage and High Voltage private network customers.

Full training will be given on our business specific Software and Systems.

- Have proven experience working in a customer service environment
- Are proficient in the use of MS Office & Customer appointment tools
- Are an excellent written and verbal communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have the proven ability to work as part of a team
- Continually demonstrates Tenacity whilst utilising your own Initiative
