**What’s the job?**

Mergon UK currently has a vacancy for an Administrator to join our Operations team.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Data Inputting
- Creating documents, such as excel reports
- Helping with Logistics; Transport arrangements
- Assisting with Purchasing, and covering for holidays
- Basic Office Administration duties; filing, scanning, answering the telephone

**Skills Required**:

- Use of Office 365, Outlook, Excel
- Sage experience would be an advantage, but not essential (training can be given)
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Reliable, punctual, and good at timekeeping
- Interest to grow and develop this role
