Internal Sales Support Administrator

The main responsibilities and duties of the role are below:
- Consult with customers by phone regarding their order enquiry with the objective of placing orders
- Input of customer information into CRM system in an accurate and timely manner
- Lead follow up (sending of brochures, creation of quotations including follow up in a specific time frame)
- First level contact person for customers in terms of customer relationship management and contacting potential customers
- Participate in Marketing and Sales Campaigns and follow up.
- Ensure that details of follow ups and quotations are regularly passed to the External Sales Team and updated into CRM system
- Provide customers with technical product advice, IT assistance, training and support both pre and post sale
- Work closely and provide support to the Sales Order Processing team, Product Manager and External Sales Team
- Deal effectively with customer complaints and problems.
- Attend exhibitions as required.
To be successful you will ideally have worked within a manufacturing, engineering or technical company previously or have the ability to learn our product range. Previous experience within a pro active customer service role or previous sales support, salesadministration or similar experience is desirable. You should have strong PC skills and ideally have worked on a CRM system and you must have excellent attention to detail and a confident and professional telephone manner.
