**Planning Manager**
My client, a large and market leading financial services business, renowned for being one of the UK's best places work is looking for a driven and experienced Planning Manager to join their growing Workplace Services Team.
The Planning Manager will work closely with the leadership team to develop a structured plan to achieve the workplace strategy and ambition. This will include supporting the planning for a range of activities throughout the year including our annual operatingplan activity, quarterly business review meetings and regular resource review and planning meetings.
This is a full time, permanent role paying a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus an exceptional bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package including; private healthcare, 30 days holidays and a generous pension scheme to name a few.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with the workplace services leadership team to support the coordination of activity across teams for all annual operating plan, business review meeting and resource management activity.
- Produce and maintain an overall workplace activity plan that can be used to track progress, support prioritisation, identify and manage dependencies and provide visibility of activity across the whole area.
- Ability to identify and use a wide range of tools / mechanisms to ensure effective and efficient planning.
- Have oversight of the overall area resource position to help the workplace leadership team ensure resource is aligned to the right activity and gaps are identified.
- Represent the business area at key resource management meetings.
- Be rigorously planned and organised to support the wider team in achieving demanding targets and ensuring teams are spending time in identified priority areas.
**Key Skills and Experience required**:
- Experience in planning and effective prioritisation
- Experience in resource planning
- The ability to adapt quickly to change and reprioritise accordingly
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience working within financial services is desirable but not essential
