Meet The Team
Join a diverse and dynamic Dexcom EMEA Supply Chain & Procurement Team to aid in empowering people to take control of their health. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Procurement Director EMEA, this role will partner with various stakeholders to optimize inventory availability in the EMEA region, whilst minimizing excess and obsolescence.

This role will require the Supply Chain Planning Manager to build strong relationships with Global Supply Sites,

Global & Regional Logistics and Distribution (L&D) teams, Commercial Operations, Finance, Accounting and other stakeholders.

Where You Come In

  • You will support Commercial in the monthly S&OP process, ensuring accurate and timely demand

information is shared with all key stakeholders.

  • You will maintain accountability for inventory levels, ensuring the right amounts of products are available at

the right time in the right locations.

  • You will identify potential supply risks and create contingency plans in alignment with Global Supply.
  • You will control the flow of products between manufacturing sites and EMEA distribution centers, coordinating

with Logistics & Distribution.

You will prepare and present regular forecast accuracy reports with key insights and recommended actions.

  • You will work closely with Quality team to ensure accurate product status for all inventory at third-party sites

and assist in resolving any related issues.

  • You will collaborate with Finance team to ensure accurate and correct inventory valuation throughout the

value chain.

  • You strive to continuously improve planning processes and procedures.
  • You will manage & develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What Makes You Successful

  • You must have 5-8 years of relevant business experience working in planning or supply chain management,

with at least 3 years in managerial role.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Quality & Supply Chain Teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including capacity to comfortably interface

with senior leaders.

  • Experience with Advanced Planning software (Anaplan, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.) and business Intelligence

software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Strong focus on team development and process sustainability.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and systems.

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of supply chain experience
  • At least 5 years of previous management or lead experience

Travel Required

  • 5-15%

Flex Workplace
Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will

work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your

assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
