**The Role**

We are excited to be recruiting for an Operations Assistant to join the Fendercare ME team and assist with the day-to-day administrative duties in the company. You will have previous experience in a similar role, superb organisational and time-management skills, and excellent attention-to-detail.

This role will be site-based in Sharjah. The full address for our office is below:
Fendercare Middle East, Plot246/16,Emirates Industrial City, Sajaa, Sharjah

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Raising and processing Pos.
- Conducting site safety inductions.
- Collating all invoice documentary requirements for clients.
- Arranging of all courier documents and managing deliveries.
- Regular purchasing of stationery, office stock / requirements.
- Dealing with gate pass requests.
- Coordinating with yard team and arranging all maintenance and repair works.
- Assisting the Operations Manager in contractor evaluation.
- Review orders against quotes and confirm T&Cs agreements.
- Raising company-based paperwork including hire agreements, pro-forma invoices, etc.
- Liaise with customers on delivery specification, packing specification etc.
- Arrange shipping/transport as a when required in a cost effective manner.
- Maintaining and updating hire fleet (hired and off hired fenders).
- Assist is stock management.
- Any other admin duties as and when required.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Valid driver's licence required
- Previous operations experience will be an advantage
- Experience in administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- IT literate, experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Degree qualified will be beneficial
- Attention-to-detail
