**Front of House Team Leader**

We are looking for experienced Front of House Team Leaders and supervisors who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience at Yates. Our Front of House Team Leaders support, coach and mentor the team to ensure business success.

**Can you**
- _Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision_
- _Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager’s absence_
- _Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests_

**To be considered for the Front of House Team Leader position at Yates you must be 18 or over as the roles involves the sale of alcohol.**

We are also a great place for a night out, with something for everyone, with the best DJ and lighting at weekends. We are the busiest bar in town until late. We pride ourselves on delivering a top-class range of drinks, an excellent value food offer, and creating that all-day-long atmosphere.
