**We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join us at Ashcombe House Residential Family Centre. We make a genuine difference to the lives of children and their parents.**

Ashcombe House provides residential parenting assessments for up to 6 families. The centre has been specifically designed to offer both high level 24hr support and supervision, combined with a clear progressive pathway to our own semi-independent accommodation.

**You will have**:

- Responsibility for recording factual observations and good report writing skills that contribute to our Parenting Assessments.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- The ability to enable parents to be the best they can, be encouraging and offer accurate, fair feedback.
- An understanding that the child’s immediate safety must always be our priority.
- A good knowledge of childcare and follow best practice guidance from the NHS and other professional bodies.
- The ability to encourage and supervise a small team of Family Support Workers
- A relevant qualification or be willing to work towards this.
- Availability to work 24 hour shifts inc. £50 paid sleep-in.
