Team Leader/supervisor

Allstars Sports Bowl is looking for a fun, lively and confident Team Leader who has a passion for customer service and loves working in a fast paced environment.
The successful applicant will join the existing Management Team and draw on their experience and passion to lead the team whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times, to not only set the bar high, but raise it.
Your responsibilities will include all aspects of running the venue, supporting the Deputy Manager and Assistant Managers in the day to day operation to ensure we are giving the best possible experience to our customers.
To be successful in this role we would expect you to have:
- A minimum of twelve months experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role
- Be passionate about customer service and providing customers with the best experience
- Be able to express your ability to lead a team
- Be willing to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends
