**Outbound Customer Service Coordinator**

As an **Outbound Customer Service Coordinator**, you will be responsible for connecting with customers face-to-face at designated locations, following up on inquiries, providing support, and fostering positive client relationships. You will coordinate and execute customer engagement efforts, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported in their interactions with our brand. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in person.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate face-to-face contact with customers at locations, proactively following up on inquiries, recent purchases, or service interactions.
- Coordinate and organise in-person customer engagement activities to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information on products, services, promotions, and answer any questions customers may have.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Collect customer feedback during in-person interactions, sharing valuable insights with management to help improve service.
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain a welcoming demeanor throughout all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or face-to-face role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to handle inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel to customer locations as needed.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
