We are looking for Pension Review Administrators to join our busy Chasing Team who are responsible to liaising with pension providers to chase vital information regarding clients pensions.

Starting salary in the range of **£21,255 - £25,000 DOE,** plus annual bonus scheme and supported CII exam progression. In order to reach the higher end of this bracket, previous pension administration experience would be required.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take an early step into a financial services career, or for someone with more experience who is looking for career progression.

**A typical day**

Portafina supports over 12,500 clients and is entrusted to look after over £600M of cherished savings, so there is always plenty to do. A working day will typically be:

- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- 6 month probationary period and training will be completed in the office.
- Hybrid approach with a blend of office and working from home available after successful completion of probationary period. Minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

**Responsibilities may include**:

- Liaising with pension providers over the telephone to chase for full policy information
- Building & maintaining rapport with pension providers to ensure fast transition with receiving information / transfers completing
- Managing your own workflow of clients to obtain all information in a fast turnaround time to complete pension review
- Data entry to update internal systems once calls are completed
- Assisting with admin duties when required
- Gathering information from online platforms

**Qualities we look for**

- GCSEs all achieved grade C or above (equivalent to score 4 or above in new marking)
- Telephone experience / strong telephone manner to provide excellent customer service to our clients/ objection handling skills

- Driven - can work to realistic targets, motivated to meet business goals and enthusiastic about their own progression.

A desire to complete financial services qualifications (or having already completed CII or equivalent exams)
